Valence technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year in support of your mission-critical operations. If you need support outside of business hours, please use the following procedure below to contact one of our service personnel:

  • Call our main office number at toll-free (866) 927-4777 or if you are local you can call (509) 927-4777.
  • Once you hear our auto-attendant, select option 1 to be transferred to our on-call technician's pager.
  • After the greeting, please leave a voice message with your name, your agency or company name, your contact number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our tech will call your contact number back within 30 minutes or less in most cases.
  • We will discuss your technical issues over the phone to determine if a response is needed.
  • If a response is needed, our tech will make every effort to be onsite within 4 hours or less.
