Valence has a full-service repair department where we perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all of the equipment lines we represent. Whether you require service on a pager, portable radio, mobile radio or something a bit larger, we can faciliate your request. Valence has fully-equipped test benches outfitted with modern and state-of-the-art diagnostic test equipment. Our technicians are trained to meet the specific challenges of working on sophisticated electronics with accuracy and the level of quality you expect. We routinely triage your equipment and handle the majority of bench repairs in-house. Only when the issue is severe enough to warrant it, or it makes fiscal sense to do so, do we send equipment off to the manufacturer for service. This generally saves you time and money.
